Bridal Jewelry Shipping Information
Free Shipping to the US and Canada
All items sold on Adylon Diamonds, are shipped with free FedEx 2-day service. For rush orders, we do offer FedEx Overnight and FedEx Saturday Delivery as well, however we do ask you call us before placing your order if it is a rush order. The free shipping is only valid for orders within the US or Canada.
Order Processing Time
Please note: All items will ship within the time specificed in their respective details page. Some items are custom made and can take up to 2-3 weeks to make before shipping out. Other items may only take 1-2 business days before shipping. Orders placed before 3 PM PST (noon EST) will begin processing the same day.
Please be sure to factor in the processing time to make your jewelry or prepare it for shipping when placing your order. If an item takes 1-2 days to ship, is placed after 3PM PST (noon EST), it will take a total of 4-5 business days to arrive at your address. (1-2 days + 1 day processing after 3PM + 2 days shipping). Alternate Shipping Addresses
We are happy to ship to any address you would like however, the alternate address MUST be listed with your credit card company, otherwise we can only ship your jewelry to the billing address they have on file. This is because we are required to verify with your credit card company that the alternate shipping adress is valid and accurate before shipping. The proceedure is very simple. All you need to do is call your credit card company and ask them to "add an alternate shipping address" to your account. The customer service phone number for your credit card company is usually located on the back of your card. International Shipping
For countries outside North America, there will be paid shipping options available at checkout which will vary on your country. Please note, we do not ship to the following countries under any circumstance:

If paying by credit card we are required to verify that the billing and shipping addresses are accurate and valid. Many countries have different privacy policies which makes it impossible for us to verify this information and avoid potential fraud. Therefore if we are unable to call your credit card company to verify the accuracy of your shipping address your order may become canceled. You may wish to make other payment arrangements such as Wire Transfer which will insure a much smoother transaction and expidited shipping.
