Lifetime Upgrade Policy

Loose Diamonds

We know sometimes you can’t always afford to get your sweetheart that 5 carat rock right out of college. So we are delighted to offer our loyal customers a very generous trade up policy:

We will give you full credit on your loose diamonds (diamonds purchased separately with a grading report) towards the purchase of any other diamond of equal or greater value. You may trade up your diamond after one year from your original purchase date and up to once a year there after with no limitations.

Please note: We do require the diamond be returned with the grading report sold at the time of purchase. The diamond must also be in good condition with no major chips or scratches.

Jewelry

Does your ring fit differently now but can not be sized due to its design? Or maybe styles have changed and it’s just time for something different. Whatever the case may be, we understand things change, and that’s why we take back all used Adylon jewels because we know each one is a true treasure made of the finest materials and gems.

We will give you full credit on your jewelry towards the purchase of any other jewelry item(s) (excluding loose diamonds) of double or greater value. You may trade up your jewelry after one year from your original purchase date and up to once a year there after with no limitations.

Please note: We do require the jewelry be worn consistent with normal wear and tear and proper maintenance with no major defects or missing stones. For the most part we accept all jewelry however we do reserve the right to limit trade in value for highly worn or damaged items.

Examples

1) You bought a 1ct GIA graded diamond for $6,000 2 years ago and are now ready to get a 1.5ct diamond instead. You can trade that stone in for full credit towards any other loose diamond with a value of $6,000 or greater.

2) You bought a 2 carat diamond bracelet for $1500 last Christmas and want a necklace instead. You can trade that bracelet for full credit towards any other jewelry items such as a necklace or two necklaces with a total value of $3000 or greater.

3) You got your wife a 1.5 carat AGS graded round diamond for $10,000 3 years ago. It was set in a $1200 diamond platinum mounting but she wants a 2 carat princess now that requires a completely different ring design. You can trade in your diamond towards another diamond worth $10,000 or greater, and get full credit for your old ring towards a new setting valued at $2400 or higher.

With Adylon's Lifetime Upgrade Policy, you can be sure you treasure every jewel in your collection for a lifetime.
