For the life of your ring we guarantee the quality, design and craftsmanship against any and all defects. For example, if our custom design was flawed in some way causing the ring to become damaged under normal wear and tear, or we set a stone improperly which caused it to become loosened, these flaws would be covered under our lifetime warranty. Adylon will repair or replace the ring at our discretion and be responsible for all shipping related expenses.
We are very pleased to offer a free resizing service for your rings at no charge. Similarly we are happy to adjust all our jewelry such as bracelet and necklace lengths, etc. at no charge whenever possible unless the item is being altered with additional precious metals or stones. The only expenses you are responsible for when getting jewelry resized are the shipping charges. Please note not all jewelry pieces can be adjusted in length or resized in which case we will do our very best to accommodate your needs to get the proper sizing of your jewelry executed under the circumstances.
We will also polish, clean and rhodium plate your jewelry peices purchased from Adylon whenever you request at no charge as a courtesy to you. The only expenses you are respeonsible for when getting maintenence performed are the shipping charges. Please allow up to 4-5 business days to recondition and ship out your jewelry since some items require more attention then others.
