| E - Extremely colorless. Trained gemologists can detect slight color. |
| F - Colorless. Only trained gemologists can detect color. Lowest of the colorless grades. |
| G / H - Near-colorless. When compared to better color grades, slight color detectable, but diamond is still bright white and is a much better value. |
| I thru K - Near-colorless/Faint Yellow. Color slightly detectable. An excellent value. |
| L thru Z - Not a good diamond. DY Jewels does not carry these. |
